New Accounts

Commercial and Residential customers are billed every other month on the even months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) for a two month period. A penalty of 10% will be added 30 days after the bill date to all unpaid accounts. Accounts not paid by the final notice date will be subject to turn off.

All new utility accounts require a $100.00 deposit.

Renters: The deposit will be applied to the closing balance when you terminate your account.

Owners: The deposit will be applied to your account after one year, six (6) billing cycles of good payment history, beginning with your first billing statement. We verify ownership with the Sonoma County Assessors Roll. A child living in a home owned by the parents is considered a tenant.

If you close your account prior to your deposit being applied to your account, the deposit will be applied to your closing balance when you terminate your account.

Connecting/Reconnecting Water Service

If your home or business does not have water service, please contact the Utility Department at (707) 585-6750. 

If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, the account must be paid in full, plus the reconnection charge. Payments must be made in person at 130 Avram Avenue, Rohnert Park, or by credit card over the phone by calling (707) 585-6750.
