Construction & Maintenance Projects

As part of the annual budget process, the Rohnert Park City Council adopts a Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) Budget, which lists capital projects and major maintenance projects planned for the next five years.  While the Five-Year CIP Budget as a whole is used as a planning tool, the first year of the Five-Year CIP (i.e. the current budget year) is adopted by the City Council as the approved budget for all of the projects shown in that year, including costs and funding appropriations.

Contractors, consultants, vendors and suppliers interested in bidding or RFP/RFQ opportunities can consult the CIP document below for the City's upcoming projects.

Professional Services

The City utilizes consultant, professional, design and engineering services on many of its projects.  The CIP document provides a list of CIP projects for which such services may potentially be solicited through a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
