Dancercise

DANCERCISE
BAILE-EJERCICIO
Want to incorporate everything you need into one great hour of exercise? This class combines core strengthening floor routines with cardio dance fitness. Improve your balance, flexibility and stamina while moving to a variety of rhythms in an upbeat atmosphere. Dancercise includes elements of Pilates, Zumba and kickboxing through original, easy to follow dance routines. You don’t have to be a good dancer to love this class! Please bring a mat for floor exercises.

Temperature will be taken upon arrival. Don't forget your mask! This class has a set of guidelines following the current state & county health order. A document of the guidelines can be requested by calling the Rohnert Park Community Center at 707-588-3456.

Spec Tennis

Spec Tennis is played on a smaller court with a slower ball and a low powered paddle. Rallies are longer and success rates are higher than with tennis, making it more fun from the start. Every skill learned in Spec Tennis is directly transferable to tennis. Classes are taught by the founder/instructor of the sport/class, Nate Gross. 

All equipment will be provided by instructor. Please DO NOT bring any personal sports equipment with you. Water bottle and comfortable shoes recommended. Don't forget your mask!
