This class will introduce you to an ancient gentle Chinese exercise that promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  Learn how to move your body slowly, continuously and gracefully through the 24 positions, improving your balance, flexibility, breathing, and preventing injures.  This class is provided by the Santa Rosa Junior College, Older Adult Program.
